Processing Time
Please allow 2–5 business days for order processing before shipment.
During exclusive drops or high-volume releases, processing may take up to 7 business days — we appreciate your patience and understanding.
Shipping Options & Delivery Time
We currently ship using USPS for all domestic orders.

Free Shipping on orders over $100 (U.S. only)
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package until it arrives.

Evol is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdelivered packages due to incorrect addresses or carrier errors after shipment.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
Our team will review your case and work with the carrier to help resolve the issue.
International Orders
At this time, Evol only ships within the United States.
International shipping options may be added in the future.
Limited Drops
All items from limited releases are made in small quantities and will not be restocked once sold out. Please make sure your order is correct before checking out.
